Our Team

Stacy Bragg, MS, OTR/L

I am the occupational therapist who began AppleTree Therapy Services. I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 1999. I worked for Belleville Area Special Services Cooperative and specialized in working with children on the autism spectrum until 2004. I then started a still thriving contract services company, Integra Therapy Services, where I gained experience working in-home with the 0-3 population. My areas of interest include but are not limited to sensory integration and feeding interventions.

Allison Baum, MOT, OTR/L

I graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO in 2018 with my Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. I have worked in the outpatient pediatric setting since, and I love every minute of it! I am passionate about using play-based interventions and learning about each child’s special interests. My priority is to work towards goals that are not only meaningful to each family, but also important for the child’s daily life in a way that is motivating and engaging for them. I am certified in the Handwriting Without Tears curriculum, and I am also trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding.

Lauren Heckenkemper, MS, OTR/L

I have been an occupational therapist for over 10 years with experience practicing in hospitals, inpatient rehab, and early intervention with the bulk of my career spent in outpatient pediatrics. I earned my bachelor of science degree from University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign in Community Health with a concentration in Disability Studies, and my Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Saint Louis University. I am passionate about tailoring my treatment approach to each individual child and family to foster optimal independence and success in treatment sessions and at home. I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, and trained in the SOS Feeding Approach, and Therapeutic Listening Program.

Abby Quinn, MOT, OTR/L

I graduated from Missouri State University with my Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2019. Having a passion for the pediatric population, I worked in the school setting helping children of all abilities participate in an enriching education experience for two years prior to joining the AppleTree Therapy team. I’ve so enjoyed working in the outpatient setting, assisting children and their families in achieving meaningful goals using a child-led, play-based approach. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with my husband and children.
