AppleTree Therapy requires a referral from a physician to begin occupational therapy services. Once we receive this referral, we will reach out to schedule an initial evaluation.

An occupational therapist will work with you and your child during the initial evaluation to determine the best course of treatment.

If your child qualifies for services at our clinic, we will work with your schedule to the best of our ability to establish an appointment time that is convenient for your schedules!
